All orders are subject to product availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will notify you and either cancel that item from your order or suggest a comparable alternative.

2.3 Hygiene Products

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (boxer briefs, boxer shorts, briefs), bras & bustiers, and bikinis unless they are defective or not as described.

Your receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information.

We offer two shipping methods:

1. Standard Shipping: $12.95 USD via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
2. Free Shipping: For orders over $50 USD via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)

All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.

4.3 Delivery Issues

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect packages once shipped.

5. Returns and Refunds

5.1 Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided that:

• Items are unused and in original condition with all tags attached
• Original packaging and proof of purchase are included
• The return is initiated according to our return process

5.2 Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Wait for approval and RMA number (within 2 business days)
3. Package items securely in original packaging with all tags and include a copy of your order confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs.

5.3 Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):

• Credit/Debit Cards: Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
• PayPal: Refunds processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days

Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.

International customers are responsible for:
