We ship worldwide (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas) with the following options:
Standard Shipping
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Cost: $12.95 USD
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
Free Shipping
- Carrier: EMS
- Requirement: Orders over $50 USD
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Please note: All orders typically take 1-2 business days to process before shipping. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Uni Style Shop purchase. If you’re not happy for any reason, we’re here to help.
Our Return Policy
- Returns and exchanges accepted within 15 days of receiving your order
- Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging and proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Underwear (boxer briefs, boxer shorts, briefs)
- Bras & bustiers
- Bikinis
Exceptions are made for defective items or items not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receipt with your order number and return details
- Wait for approval: Our comfort specialists will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 2 business days
- Package items: Securely pack items in original packaging with all tags and include a copy of your order confirmation

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for return shipping costs
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 5 business days):
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- PayPal: Refunds processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days
Shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll ship the new item once we receive your return.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
International Returns
For our international customers:
- You’re responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend declaring packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
