Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear (including boxer briefs, boxer shorts, briefs, bras & bustiers, and bikinis) unless the items are defective or not as described.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
- Wait for approval – Our comfort specialists will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your items – Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and labels. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our returns center at the address provided in your RMA email. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 5 business days after we receive it), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this is complete.
Refund Method & Timing:
- Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after approval
- PayPal: Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days after approval
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the new item once we receive your return, using the same shipping method as your original order unless otherwise requested.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage or defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For our international customers (excluding parts of Asia and remote areas), please note:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We recommend declaring the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional duties
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of payment
